1. Key Responsibilities & Core Workflows
As a 3D Designer at AREEKAH, you will bridge the gap between initial conceptual design and practical site execution:
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and 3D models for bespoke furniture pieces, joinery details, and complete interior fit-out concepts using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp.
- Interpret and review architectural plans, elevation layouts, material specifications, and technical joinery shop drawings.
- Produce presentation materials, mood boards, color palettes, and graphic layouts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for client proposals.
- Support site coordination teams, workshop fabricators, and sub-contractors to ensure design concepts are accurately translated during production and installation.
- Maintain organized project documentation, material schedules, and design revisions using Microsoft Office suite.
