Core Duties & Academic Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Academic Coordinator and Department Head, appointed educators and academic support staff will execute the following daily responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery & Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centered lectures, classroom tutorials, and practical coursework in accordance with institutional accreditation standards.

• Student Assessment & Feedback: Design, administer, and grade assignments, midterms, projects, and final examinations while providing constructive feedback to support student academic progression.

• Academic Advising & Mentorship: Provide ongoing academic guidance, hold office hours for student queries, and implement targeted learning interventions for students requiring additional assistance.

• Coursework & Materials Development: Update course syllabi, compile supplementary learning resources, incorporate digital learning tools, and maintain digital learning management systems (LMS).

• Institutional Administration: Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation review committees, student orientation sessions, and extracurricular academic events.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
