Core Duties and Site Engineering Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager / Engineering Director, the Civil Engineer will execute the following technical functions:

• Site Supervision & Construction Execution: Oversee daily structural, concrete, and civil site operations; ensure all execution work adheres strictly to approved structural design drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Regulatory Compliance & Standards: Ensure all site execution and structural materials comply fully with the Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), municipality requirements, and local civil defense standards.

• Quality Assurance & Progress Tracking: Perform material testing inspections, verify daily/weekly site logs, raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and assist in preparing interim progress payment applications and completion certificates.
