Core Duties & Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, the HR Recruiter will execute the following full-lifecycle talent acquisition functions:
End-to-End Client Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate clients—from analyzing job descriptions and sourcing to candidate assessment, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize professional networks, social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter), job portals, talent databases, and targeted outreach to build strong candidate pipelines for niche, technical, and high-volume vacancies.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming applications, conduct structured telephone/video prescreening interviews, evaluate candidate technical qualifications and salary expectations, and present formatted candidate shortlists to client hiring managers.
Interview Coordination & Client Liaison: Schedule and facilitate client interviews, gather hiring manager feedback, prepare candidate assessment summaries, and follow up with applicants throughout the selection process.
Offer Management & Onboarding Verification: Assist in drafting employment offer letters, verify candidate documentation (degrees, experience letters, QID, NOC), and coordinate visa transfer procedures in compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
