Key Duties and Daily Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will work closely with the senior finance team to maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Daily Accounting Entries & General Ledger: Record daily financial transactions, ledger entries, petty cash disbursements, and journal vouchers into the company’s accounting software.

  • Invoicing & Accounts Payable/Receivable: Issue client sales invoices, verify incoming vendor bills, prepare payment vouchers, monitor accounts receivable aging, and track pending collections.
