1. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
As the Construction Safety Officer, your primary day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring active construction sites to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Conducting routine risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), and daily toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors.
- Enforcing strict compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, scaffolding safety, and hazard mitigation protocols.
- Investigating near-misses or incidents, maintaining safety compliance logs, and reporting directly to the Project HSE Manager.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Technical Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following professional criteria and safety certifications to qualify for consideration:
