Core Operational & Business Development Duties
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding client networks across Qatar:
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and convert new business leads among MEP contractors, real estate developers, facility management companies, and commercial building owners.
Technical Proposals & Quotations: Conduct site surveys, analyze project drawings/BOQs, collaborate with technical estimating teams to prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals for fire alarm, sprinkler, gas suppression, and firefighting systems.
AMC Sales & Account Management: Market and close Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for existing life safety installations, ensuring full alignment with Civil Defense (QCCD) regulations.
Client Visits & Relationship Management: Schedule regular face-to-face meetings, deliver product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Sales Pipeline Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, track tender submittals, monitor competitor market activity, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this specialized sales vacancy in Qatar, candidates must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the fire safety, life safety, or MEP protection sector in Qatar or the GCC.
