Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct shutdown manpower teams during high-intensity refinery and gas plant turnarounds.
• Coordinate daily mechanical, piping, and maintenance crew schedules to meet strict execution targets.
• Track workforce attendance, monitor team productivity, and allocate site resources efficiently.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure zero-compromise safety protocols across all work areas.
• Monitor shift-by-shift job progress, resolve site bottlenecks, and report status directly to shutdown managers.
• Permit-to-Work (PTW) coordination and active hazard risk management on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated supervisor-level experience in oil & gas plant shutdowns, turnarounds, or overhauls.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven technical background in gas processing plants, oil refineries, or petrochemical facilities.
• Safety & Leadership: Strong HSE knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead multi-national manpower teams safely under tight schedules.
