1. Key Responsibilities & Technical Scope
As a Junior QC Inspector with Wings Technical Services, your daily quality inspection and testing duties will include:
- Inspecting low-voltage (LV) electrical panels, HVAC control panels, and automation enclosure assemblies during fabrication and final integration.
- Verifying physical component placement, relays, contactors, PLCs, breakers, and terminal strips against approved engineering schematics and bill of materials (BOM).
- Checking cable terminations, wiring ferrule labeling, busbar torque requirements, and insulation clearance for compliance with quality standards.
- Assisting senior engineers in carrying out point-to-point continuity testing, insulation resistance testing (Megger), and basic functional checks.
- Preparing, documenting, and archiving detailed Quality Control (QC) inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and punch lists.
- Ensuring factory assembly processes comply with client specifications, internal quality control plans (QCP), and regional electrical standards.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
