1. Key Responsibilities & Workshop Operations
Depending on whether assigned to the Production Manager or Production Engineer level, duties and workshop management responsibilities will include:

- Implementing quality control standards, welding procedure specifications (WPS), and non-destructive testing (NDT) protocols.
- Optimizing machinery output, cutting/fitting processes, surface preparation, and coating activities while minimizing material scrap.
- Ensuring total compliance with workshop health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all fabrication bays.
