Core Duties and Maintenance Responsibilities

1. AC Technician (HVAC Servicing & Installation)

• HVAC Installation & Maintenance: Execute routine preventive maintenance, chemical washing, coil cleaning, and filter replacements for split units, window ACs, package units, and Central HVAC/FCU systems across residential properties.

• Troubleshooting & Gas Charging: Diagnose compressor faults, fan motor failures, thermostat wiring issues, and refrigerant leaks; execute system vacuuming and R410a/R22 gas charging.

• Emergency Response: Attend to tenant maintenance tickets regarding cooling failures, water leakages, or electrical tripping promptly and professionally.

2. Kitchen Technician (Appliance Repair & Maintenance)

• Appliance Diagnostics & Repair: Inspect, overhaul, and repair major commercial and domestic kitchen appliances, including gas/electric ovens, ranges, industrial refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and exhaust hoods.

• Component Replacement: Replace heating elements, thermostats, compressors, door seals, gas regulators, ignition switches, and control boards.

• Safety Audits: Perform gas leak detection tests, electrical safety checks, and ventilation reviews to ensure kitchen safety compliance across managed units.

3. Maintenance Helper (Assisting Technical Staff)

• Technical Support: Assist senior HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance technicians in carrying out daily maintenance, carrying tools, moving replacement parts, and setting up ladders/scaffolding.

• Work Area Preparation: Maintain clean work areas before, during, and after repair jobs inside tenant premises; manage tool inventories and basic workshop organization.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational & Trade Credentials: Industrial Training Institute (ITI) trade certificate, vocational diploma, or certified apprenticeship in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical, or Mechanical trades (Required for Technician roles).

• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in property management, hotel facilities, or building maintenance in Qatar or the GCC.

Compensation and Benefits Breakdown

• Monthly Salary Ranges:

  • AC Technician: QAR 3,000 – 4,500 / month (depending on HVAC certifications and experience)

  • Kitchen Technician: QAR 3,000 – 4,200 / month

  • Maintenance Helper: QAR 1,800 – 2,400 / month
