Roles & Core Operational Responsibilities
1. Construction Manager

Master Planning & Progress Tracking: Coordinate with project planners to execute baseline schedules, track key milestone achievements, mitigate site delays, and manage site resources efficiently.
HSE & Quality Governance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety policies (HSE), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
2. MEP Coordinator
Interdisciplinary MEP Oversight: Lead and integrate the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection services across project structures.
Clash Resolution & Shop Drawings: Interface between design consultancy teams, BIM/CAD modelers, and site engineers to resolve interdisciplinary clashes, approve composite coordination drawings, and prevent site rework.
Testing, Commissioning & Authority Approvals: Oversee MEP system testing and commissioning sequences, ensuring full compliance for Kahramaa, Civil Defense (QCCD), and municipality inspections.
3. Procurement Manager
Supply Chain Strategy & Contracting: Formulate and manage the master project procurement schedule, vendor pre-qualifications, subcontract tendering, and commercial contract negotiations.

Candidate Qualifications and Mandatory Requirements

Educational Credentials:
Construction Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
