Core Administrative Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and Operations Director, appointed personnel will execute the following core tasks:
Office Coordination & Front Desk: Greet visiting clients and contractors, manage incoming/outgoing calls, direct queries to appropriate departments, and oversee daily office supplies inventory.
Documentation & Filing: Draft, format, and organize official letters, memos, meeting minutes, client proposals, and internal spreadsheets; maintain organized hard-copy and electronic filing systems.
Email Correspondence & Scheduling: Monitor central company email inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, handle calendar scheduling, and coordinate internal/external meeting logistics.
Basic HR & Operations Support: Assist with attendance tracking, leave requests, employee onboarding documentation, visa processing paperwork, and site staff deployment logs.
Invoicing & Data Entry Support: Assist the accounting team with basic data entry, vendor invoice verification, petty cash logging, and receipt compilation.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for these administrative support vacancies in Doha, applicants should satisfy the following criteria:
Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of practical experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role in Qatar or the GCC.
