Core Operational Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Operations Supervisor, appointed candidates will execute the following functions:

  • Shipment & Freight Coordination: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments via air, sea, and land transport; liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and transport vendors to ensure timely site deliveries.

  • Warehouse & Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate stock records, perform weekly/monthly physical stock counts, reconcile inventory variances, and log material movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or MS Excel.

  • Documentation & Customs Clearance Support: Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Delivery Notes (DN), Purchase Orders (PO), Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and commercial invoices.

  • Dispatch & Material Receiving: Supervise loading and unloading operations at receiving docks, inspect incoming goods for damages or quantity discrepancies, and oversee driver dispatch schedules.

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety standards, material storage rules, and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance across all storage areas.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
