1. Key Responsibilities & Operations
As a Civil / Facility Management Supervisor at Al Jameh Group, your primary duty is ensuring high-quality site execution, timely maintenance delivery, and effective team coordination:
- Supervise daily civil maintenance, building repairs, and finishing works across assigned sites and facilities.
- Coordinate site manpower, material deliveries, tools, equipment, and specialist subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Inspect ongoing civil activities, including tiling, waterproofing applications, epoxy floor coatings, wall painting, and masonry repairs.
- Oversee basic MEP maintenance tasks, including plumbing, drainage repairs, and minor mechanical adjustments.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports, snagging lists, material requisitions, and work completion documentation for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all maintenance and finishing operations.
