1. Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations
As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth automated production, equipment cleanliness, and volume precision across the bottling line. Primary duties include:
- Operating automatic and semi-automatic filling machinery for 5-gallon water bottles and small PET bottle lines.
- Monitoring bottle washing, rinsing, filling, capping, and sealing equipment during continuous production runs.
- Performing routine line setup, mechanical adjustments, sanitation, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures to maintain food safety standards.
- Inspecting bottles for liquid level accuracy, seal integrity, packaging defects, and contamination risks.
- Coordinating with line supervisors, blow-mold operators, and maintenance technicians to minimize machine downtime.
