Position Summary

A established Private Company operating in Doha, Qatar is currently seeking an adaptable and detailed-oriented HR Recruiter / Coordinator for full-time or part-time employment. This multifaceted Human Resources position oversees the full talent acquisition cycle—from sourcing and candidate screening to new hire onboarding, QID/visa coordination, and general maintenance of internal personnel records in accordance with Qatar Labour Law.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Post job openings, source potential talent across job boards, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and present qualified shortlists to department managers.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate pre-employment documentation, schedule medical examinations, facilitate fingerprinting steps, and manage smooth orientation sessions for incoming staff.
  • Labour & Immigration Coordination: Track work visa allocations, QID renewals, transferable NOC requests, and ensure all hiring practices comply with Ministry of Labour (Mol) guidelines.
  • Personnel Records Management: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files, tracking contract durations, leave balances, performance reviews, and passport validity dates.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist with daily HR administrative duties, assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs, and resolve routine employee inquiries regarding company policies.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Work Experience: Practical experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or generalist administration, ideally gained within Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Solid familiarity with **Qatar Labour Law regulations**, Ministry of Labour portal processes, and local immigration/sponsorship procedures.
  • Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and interview skills, high organizational capability, confidentiality, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status are preferred for immediate deployment.
