Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate light passenger/utility vehicles or heavy transport trucks according to assigned operational schedules and company dispatch orders.
• Passenger & Cargo Safety: Ensure complete safety, security, and comfort of passengers, or verify proper securing and loading of heavy goods/cargo before transit.
• Route Navigation: Follow designated routes, master GPS navigation systems, and adapt efficiently to changing traffic patterns across Doha, industrial zones, and highway networks.
• Daily Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine daily pre-trip checks (fluid levels, tire condition, brake responsiveness, lights) and maintain overall cleanliness of assigned vehicles.
• Compliance & Reporting: Comply strictly with Qatar traffic laws, speed regulations, and safety codes. Maintain accurate daily trip logs, delivery slips, and report mechanical issues or incidents immediately.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory Driving License: Must possess a **valid Qatar Driving License** (Light Vehicle, Heavy Driver, Bus, or Trailer category as applicable).
• Work Experience: Proven professional driving experience in Qatar or the GCC region operating light commercial vehicles or heavy equipment/trucks.
• Geography Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Qatar roads, major routes, commercial ports, industrial areas, and suburban districts.
• Language & Communication: Good working knowledge of English (Arabic is a plus) with a polite, professional demeanor.
• Residency Status: Open to candidates currently in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status for immediate joining.
