Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
Scope: Total operational management, safety oversight, and regulatory compliance on the jackup rig.
Key Focus: Leading drill crew operations, emergency response management, and client interface.
2. Shore-Based Rig Manager
Scope: Operational and logistical shore support for rig activities.
Key Focus: Crewing logistics, regulatory liaison in Qatar, contract management, and supply chain alignment.
3. Toolpusher
Scope: Daily supervision of drilling operations, rig floor crews, and equipment maintenance.
Key Focus: Ensuring adherence to well plans, safety protocols, and Amphion system operations.
4. Driller (Amphion System)
Scope: Operation of cyber-drilling controls, drawworks, pipe handling, and BOP systems.
Key Focus: Safe and efficient wellbore construction, monitoring well control indicators, and supervising derrick/floor crews.
5. Barge Engineer
Scope: Marine stability, jacking operations, deck cargo handling, and ballast systems.
Key Focus: Stability calculations, anchor positioning, and compliance with marine class standards.
6. Safety Officer (HSE Advisor)
Scope: Directing rig-site HSE programs, risk assessments (JSA/HAZID), incident reporting, and safety drills.
Key Focus: Enforcing compliance with international offshore safety standards and client HSE guidelines.
7. Electronic Technician
Scope: Inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of control systems, instrumentation, dynamic positioning (if applicable), and electronic sensors.
Key Focus: Hands-on maintenance of Amphion cyber control hardware and communication systems.
Candidate Requirements & Certifications
Operational Experience: Demonstrated offshore experience in the specific role applied for, specifically on Amphion or Cyber-controlled Jackup Rigs.
Safety Officer Mandatory Requirement: Valid IWCF Level 3 (or higher) is mandatory for the Safety Officer position.
Offshore Certifications:
Valid OPITO-approved BOSIET / FOET with HUET.
Valid OGUK / Offshore Medical Certificate.
Valid OPITO H2S awareness certification.
Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport.
Availability: Ready for immediate deployment or standard rotation mobilization to Qatar.
