Core Duties & Talent Development Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and L&D Lead, the Talent Development Specialist will execute the following daily operational tasks:
Learning & Development Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute internal and external training programs, workshops, and skill enhancement sessions for park operational staff and corporate employees.
Onboarding & Guest Service Standards: Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with Doha Quest's safety standards, service excellence, and corporate culture.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct routine departmental skills audits to identify performance gaps and collaborate with department heads to implement targeted training modules.
Talent Growth & Career Pathways: Assist in building employee development plans, tracking competency frameworks, and monitoring staff progress to support internal promotion and succession pipelines.
L&D Analytics & Record Management: Maintain accurate training records, measure training effectiveness (ROI and feedback evaluations), and prepare monthly HR development reports for senior leadership.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
