Position Summary

Tabarak Construction is currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager for full-time employment across its construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end civil project execution, managing operational budgets and timelines, leading engineering teams, and ensuring strict delivery against client specifications and contractual standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute detailed construction work plans, resource allocation frameworks, and site management strategies from inception through project completion.
• Budget & Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, control site expenditures, track milestone progress, and implement proactive measures to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Engineering Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary site engineering teams, foremen, and sub-contractors to align daily activities with engineering design standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure all scope expectations and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Quality & Risk Management: Establish site quality control standards, enforce safety protocols, identify potential project bottlenecks, and implement risk mitigation plans.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** from an accredited university.
• Work Experience: Minimum of **15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in construction project management**, with a strong background in general contracting environments.
• Professional Certification: **Project Management Professional (PMP)** certification is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, team leadership, contract administration, and site problem-solving.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil or commercial building construction projects.
