Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Project & Site Management: Oversee complete day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring work execution matches approved engineering drawings, structural specifications, and timelines.
• Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Lead site engineers, foremen, direct labor force, and specialized subcontractors to achieve planned daily output targets.
• Quality Control & Progress Tracking: Monitor construction quality, conduct site inspections, manage materials delivery schedules, and implement recovery plans for potential schedule delays.
• Site Safety Enforcement: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site to safeguard workers and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate regular site progress updates with project directors, client consultants, and procurement teams.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** from a recognized university.
• Work Experience: Minimum of **20+ years of comprehensive experience in construction project execution**, with a proven track record in general contracting companies.
• Professional Certification: **Project Management Professional (PMP)** certification is a strong advantage.
