Core Duties and Operational Responsibilities

The Recruitment Officer will work under the supervision of the HR Manager to drive talent acquisition efforts across all ongoing construction and engineering project sites. Primary duties include:

• End-to-End Talent Sourcing: Source, identify, and headhunt qualified candidates for technical, engineering, commercial, supervisory, and administrative vacancies across project sites.

• Resume Screening & Shortlisting: Filter incoming applications, evaluate candidate credentials against project specification requirements, and prepare candidate summary reports for project managers and department heads.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
