Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care & Triage: Conduct initial patient assessments, record vital signs, document health histories, and prepare patients for consultations with clinical specialists.
• Clinical Procedure Support: Assist physicians during routine medical examinations, minor procedures, diagnostic tests, and sterile dressing changes.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed oral, topical, and intravenous medications or vaccines strictly in accordance with QCHP clinical safety protocols.
• Medical Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate digital electronic health records (EHR), file patient charts, and ensure strict patient confidentiality at all times.
• Infection Control & Safety: Ensure all clinical treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies are sterilized, sanitized, and maintained per healthcare infection control standards.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from an accredited institution.
• Professional Licensure: Must hold a active, valid **QCHP License** or a verified QCHP Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse.
• Essential Certifications: Current certification in **Basic Life Support (BLS)**, **Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)**, or **Immediate Life Support (ILS)**.
• Work Experience: Practical clinical nursing experience within a polyclinic, hospital outpatient department, or private medical facility in Qatar or the GCC.
• Core Attributes: Strong interpersonal communication, high professional ethics, empathetic patient manner, and fluent written/spoken English.
• Availability & Residency: **Immediate joiners currently residing in Qatar** with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status are strongly preferred.
