Position Summary

A reputable Security Services Company operating in Qatar is seeking vigilant, disciplined, and physical fitness-oriented individuals to fill the role of Security Guard on a full-time basis. In this position, successful candidates will be responsible for safeguarding commercial and residential premises, monitoring visitor entry and exit points, patrolling assigned grounds, and executing basic emergency response protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Access Control & Visitor Screening: Inspect and authorize the entrance of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles onto protected property while maintaining clear visitor logbooks and entry records.
• Surveillance & Patrols: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols across assigned indoor and outdoor zones to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
• Incident Reporting & Escalation: Document daily operational logs and prepare detailed incident reports in the event of security breaches, property damage, accidents, or suspicious activities.
• CCTV & Alarm Monitoring: Monitor security camera feeds, alarm systems, and fire safety panels, promptly investigating and reporting any irregularities to management.
• Emergency Response & Crowd Control: Assist during emergency situations, including building evacuations, fire drills, or medical emergencies, adhering strictly to company emergency action plans.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma, Secondary School Certificate, or equivalent basic education.
• Work Experience: Prior security, military, police, or facility watchman experience is preferred (experience within Qatar or the GCC is a plus).
• Physical Fitness: Strong physical stamina, good eyesight, and the capability to stand or walk for long shifts in varied weather conditions.
• Communication Skills: Functional spoken and written English communication skills for reporting incidents and assisting site visitors (Arabic speaking is an added advantage).
• Personal Integrity: High degree of discipline, alertness, professionalism, and a clean criminal record.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
