Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Specialized Unit Patient Care: Deliver direct nursing care across assigned units (In-Patient, OB-GYN, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, or Labor/Delivery Room) adhering strictly to clinical nursing standards.
• Clinical Monitoring & Assessment: Track, evaluate, and record vital signs, fetal monitoring readouts, neonatal assessments, and post-operative recovery progress, reporting changes immediately to attending physicians.
• Procedure & Delivery Support: Assist obstetricians and pediatricians during deliveries, surgical interventions, sterile clinical procedures, and neonatal resuscitation protocols.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Prepare and administer IV fluids, specialized medications, post-natal care treatments, and blood products per physician orders and QCHP protocols.
• Patient & Family Education: Provide compassionate discharge instructions, maternal-infant health guidance, lactation support, and post-operative nursing care advice to patients and family members.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized university or accredited institution.
• Work Experience: **Minimum 2+ years of continuous clinical experience** as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, specifically within In-Patient, OB-GYN, NICU, or Delivery Room units.
• Professional Licensure & Verification: Valid **QCHP License** is highly preferred. Candidates with verified **DataFlow PSV reports** and passed **Qatar Prometric Nursing Exam** will also receive priority consideration.
• Essential Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) required; NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) or ACLS/ILS is an added advantage for specialized unit placements.
• Core Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, physical stamina, calm under high-pressure scenarios, and fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC or overseas applicants with complete Prometric/DataFlow verification are invited to apply.
