Key Duties & Responsibilities

• In-Home Patient Care: Conduct routine home visits to provide specialized clinical care, record vital signs, monitor health stability, and assess physical recovery progress.
• Chronic Disease Management: Administer long-term care plans for elderly, post-operative, or chronically ill patients, including diabetes management, tracheostomy care, catheter care, and enteral feeding.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed oral, IV, or subcutaneous medications, carry out sterile wound dressing changes, and manage pain relief protocols.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate family members and primary caregivers on patient handling, emergency protocols, infection prevention, and medication adherence.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear, up-to-date daily patient care logs, treatment records, and progress reports to communicate with supervising physicians and healthcare managers.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Verification & Exam Status: Mandatory completion of **DataFlow Primary Source Verification (PSV)** and a passing score on the **Qatar Prometric Nursing Exam** (QCHP license or eligibility preferred).
• Work Experience: **Minimum 2 years of continuous clinical experience** in hospital, clinical, or home healthcare nursing settings.
• Clinical Competencies: Expertise in patient assessment, wound care, chronic care management, and emergency response protocols.
• Core Attributes: Empathetic patient manner, strong problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and fluent written/spoken English communication skills.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
