Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Clinical Patient Care: Deliver direct patient nursing care in hospital wards, clinics, or home healthcare environments in accordance with established medical protocols.
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, record vital signs, track daily patient progress, and report changes in clinical condition to medical officers and physicians.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Prepare and administer prescribed oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications, carry out sterile wound dressing changes, and manage IV lines.
• Physician & Care Team Support: Assist attending physicians, surgeons, and healthcare specialists during routine medical procedures, diagnostic tests, and consultations.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous electronic medical records, nursing assessment logs, and shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent recognized nursing degree from an accredited university.
• Work Experience: Practical nursing experience in a clinical, hospital, or structured homecare environment is required.
• Licensure & Verification: Valid QCHP license (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) or completed DataFlow verification / Passed Qatar Prometric exam is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: High clinical proficiency, empathetic patient care approach, strong emergency response capability, and fluent spoken/written English skills.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
