Position Summary

A reputable private medical center in Doha is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse for full-time employment. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting physicians during clinical consultations and minor procedures, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and ensuring strict adherence to infection control and hygiene standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Clinical Support: Measure and record patient vital signs, administer prescribed medications, perform dressing changes, and assist consulting physicians during clinical examinations.
• Hygiene & Infection Control: Maintain sterile clinical environments, disinfect treatment rooms and medical instruments, and strictly implement infection control protocols.
• Medical Records Management: Document patient histories, nursing notes, treatments, and doctor instructions accurately within the clinic's Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Triage & Inventory Handling: Conduct initial patient triage, manage daily appointment flows, monitor clinic pharmacy supplies, and ensure emergency medical kits are fully stocked.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Attainment: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or recognized Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Licensing Status: Valid **QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) License** or official **QCHP Eligibility / Prometric passed** evaluation letter.
• Clinical Competency: Strong clinical background in outpatient clinic procedures, infection control measures, patient assessment, and emergency first response.
• Soft Skills: Empathetic patient care approach, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and clear communication skills in English (working knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
• Local Availability: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a transferable NOC or immediate joining availability are strongly preferred.
