Core Duties & Recruitment Coordination Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will execute the following operational functions:
Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (in-person, phone, and video calls) across various department heads, ensuring seamless calendar management and room bookings.
Pipeline Management & ATS Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track job requisitions, and ensure timely status updates across all open hiring pipelines.
Candidate Communication & Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants; send interview confirmations, answer routine application queries, and deliver polite candidate feedback throughout the selection process.
Sourcing & Screening Support: Assist recruiters in screening incoming CVs against job specifications, drafting position descriptions, and posting job openings on company career portals and professional networks.
Pre-Onboarding & Verification: Collect required candidate documentation (degrees, QID copies, NOC letters), initiate background/reference checks, and coordinate with the Government Relations Team (PROs) for visa processing and onboarding schedules.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
