Position Summary

A prominent Restaurant Group in Doha, Qatar is currently seeking energetic and guest-focused Waiters / Restaurant Staff for full-time employment. This front-of-house hospitality role is responsible for greeting dining guests, taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving meals, providing attentive table service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant atmosphere.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet arriving guests warmly, present food and beverage menus, seat diners, and answer inquiries regarding menu ingredients, daily specials, or dietary choices.
• Order Taking & POS Input: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, enter items into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and relay special preparation instructions to the kitchen team.
• Dining & Table Service: Serve food and drink orders promptly according to established service standards, perform regular table check-ins, and handle additional guest requests attentively.
• Table Maintenance & Bus Work: Clear used plates, glassware, and utensils continuously, clean and sanitize dining tables after guest departures, and reset tables quickly for incoming patrons.
• Side Duty & Hygiene Standards: Maintain clean station areas, refill condiments, polish cutlery, and follow strict food hygiene and safety regulations mandated by Qatar municipal authorities.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma, Secondary School Certificate, or Vocational Diploma in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Service.
• Work Experience: Prior experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Runner, or Food Server in a restaurant, café, hotel, or catering firm is preferred (freshers with strong customer service aptitude may also be considered).
• Communication Skills: Good functional spoken English communication skills (fluency in Arabic or additional regional languages is a distinct advantage).
• Personal Attributes: Presentable appearance, cheerful personality, team player attitude, active physical stamina, and willingness to work flexible shift schedules.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
