Position Summary

A leading Trading Company operating in Qatar is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper for full-time employment. This key supply chain role is responsible for overseeing inventory control, managing daily stock movements, coordinating warehouse logistics, receiving incoming goods, and maintaining accurate digital stock records within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to support commercial trading operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Auditing: Maintain strict control over stored inventory, conduct routine physical stock counts, reconcile balance differences, and report stock discrepancies to management.
• Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming commercial goods and shipments from suppliers, verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders, and report damaged or defective items immediately.
• Warehouse Coordination & Organization: Organize stock storage systematically using proper bin and shelf labeling to maximize store space and ensure fast picking operations.
• Stock Issuance & Dispatch: Issue goods and materials against authorized purchase requisitions or delivery orders, preparing outward dispatch documentation accurately.
• ERP Data Entry: Record real-time stock receipts, transfers, and issuances in the corporate ERP inventory software module to preserve accurate ledger records.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Proven practical storekeeping or warehouse inventory control experience, preferably within a commercial trading or distribution setting in Qatar or the GCC.
• Software Knowledge: Practical understanding or experience using ERP inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Odoo, or specialized store management systems) is preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, high organizational skill, physical stamina, and functional communication in written and spoken English.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
