1. Key Responsibilities & Technical Operations
As an Auto Electrician, your core technical duties will center on fault diagnosis, electronic component replacement, and vehicle wiring installation:
- Perform computerized diagnostic scans using OBD-II scanner tools to identify electrical faults, error codes, and sensor malfunctions.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic control units (ECU/PCM), wiring looms, relays, fuses, ignition systems, and lighting networks.
- Test, service, and replace automotive batteries, charging systems, alternators, starter motors, and voltage regulators.
- Diagnose and repair automotive air conditioning (A/C) electrical controls, climate control actuators, and blower motor circuits.
- Install aftermarket electrical accessories, including dash cams, reverse cameras, GPS tracking devices, audio systems, and alarm systems.
- Maintain strict workshop safety standards, ensure clean execution, and complete work orders accurately within designated repair times.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
