1. Key Responsibilities & Operational Management
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibilities will cover daily floor oversight, staff development, customer care, and financial control:
- Direct and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth table turnarounds, efficient kitchen flow, and exceptional dining service.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate floor staff, hostesses, servers, and bar staff to ensure high operational efficiency and professional service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and special requests with urgency and tact to maintain stellar customer satisfaction and online review ratings.
- Manage restaurant P&L performance, inventory levels, waste reduction, labor cost controls, and beverage sales targets.
- Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, HACCP standards, and cleanliness protocols across kitchen and dining areas in alignment with Qatar health authorities.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to promote daily specials, seasonal menus, corporate events, and customer loyalty programs.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
