1. Key Responsibilities & HR Support Operations
As an HR Coordinator, your daily duties will center on administrative coordination, recruitment assistance, employee record management, and onboarding support:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, scheduling candidate interviews, and communicating selection outcomes.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding workflows for new hires, including document collection, orientation setup, company policy briefings, and workstation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee personnel files, tracking visa status, QID renewals, contract extensions, and leaves.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Government Relations team regarding employee QID processing, work permits, medical checks, and finger-printing schedules.
- Prepare official HR correspondence, employment certificates, salary letters, and administrative reports using MS Office software.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave balances, benefits, and general workplace procedures with confidentiality and professionalism.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
