1. Key Responsibilities & Mechanical Supervision
As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, your daily leadership and site maintenance functions will include:
- Supervise daily mechanical maintenance, overhaul, repair, and shutdown activities across industrial facilities and machinery.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Lead rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures involving pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, piping, and rotating equipment.
- Assign maintenance tasks to mechanical technicians, millwrights, and fitters, inspecting completed work to ensure strict quality and safety compliance.
- Enforce site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies, issue Work Permits (PTW), and conduct toolbox talks prior to executing maintenance jobs.
- Manage mechanical spare parts inventory, generate material requisitions, and maintain detailed maintenance logs and equipment history reports.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following academic qualifications, practical experience, and technical expertise to qualify for selection:
