1. Key Responsibilities & Strategic HSE Scope

- Conduct comprehensive site audits, weekly safety walk-throughs, and environmental compliance inspections, issuing corrective action reports (CARs) and verifying resolution.
- Manage full-scale incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes, compiling detailed reports for executive leadership, and implementing preventive countermeasures.
- Organize project safety training programs, senior management HSE reviews, emergency drill simulations, and specialized safety briefings for contractor personnel.
