1. Key Responsibilities & Technical Operations
As a Plumber Cum Technician, your core daily functions will involve central system installations, technical plumbing repairs, and site maintenance:
- Execute the complete installation, piping, electrical connection check, and commissioning of central water-heater systems (boilers, circulation pumps, and pressure tanks).
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting on residential and commercial central water-heating networks.
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, valves, pumps, fixtures, and sanitary fittings in compliance with technical standards.
- Diagnose leaks, pipe blockages, pressure drops, and electrical heating element faults to perform swift mechanical repairs.
- Drive to client site locations across Qatar to carry out scheduled maintenance projects and urgent technical service calls.
- Maintain inventory of plumbing spare parts, central heater components, tools, and ensure safety compliance on all work sites.
