1. Key Responsibilities & Coordination Scope
As a Production / Sales Coordinator, your daily operational duties will involve cross-departmental scheduling, documentation, customer order tracking, and administrative support:
- Coordinate daily communication between the commercial sales team, client representatives, and factory floor production planners to align manufacturing schedules with customer delivery deadlines.
- Process sales orders, issue job cards, generate delivery notes, and maintain up-to-date order status logs using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, liaising with warehouse and procurement personnel to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Maintain meticulous archiving systems for sales contracts, production schedules, client correspondences, and quality assurance logs.
- Assist in preparing routine daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and production performance reports for department supervisors.
