1. Key Responsibilities & Creative Scope
As a Professional Photographer at Creative Loft, your daily creative operations will span pre-production planning, studio and location shoots, post-processing, and digital asset management:
- Plan, execute, and direct high-end fashion, commercial product, lifestyle, and luxury hospitality photoshoots tailored for digital campaigns, print, e-commerce, and social media.
- Set up and manage professional studio lighting rigs (strobes, modifiers, continuous lights) as well as shape natural light for indoor and outdoor location shoots.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, creative leads, stylists, and models to develop mood boards, visual concepts, and set styling that reflect brand identity.
- Perform end-to-end post-production workflows, including RAW image selection, color grading, skin retouching, background cleanup, and batch editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Capture quick-turnaround short-form mobile video content or behind-the-scenes (BTS) clips during shoots to support social media marketing teams.
- Organize, tag, archive, and manage high-resolution digital image libraries to maintain seamless client delivery and internal asset accessibility.
