1. Key Responsibilities & Sales Operations
As an Electrical Sales Engineer, your daily responsibilities will revolve around client acquisition, product specification, and revenue generation:
- Promote and sell a wide portfolio of electrical products, including switchgear, cables, panel boards, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring accessories to contractors and MEP consultants.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers, including MEP consultants, contractors, panel builders, project engineers, and facility managers across Qatar.
- Review technical project specifications, single line diagrams (SLD), and tender BOQs to select appropriate products and prepare precise, competitive commercial quotations.
- Conduct product presentations, technical compliance submissions, and mock-up demonstrations to secure product approvals from consultants and clients.
- Negotiate order pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close high-value B2B sales deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Monitor market trends, track upcoming Qatar infrastructure projects, analyze competitor activities, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
