1. Key Responsibilities & Technical Scope
As a Valve Technician at NAJCO, your daily hands-on maintenance and site operational duties will include:
- Installing, inspecting, disassembling, overhauling, servicing, and repairing various industrial valves on site and in maintenance workshops.
- Performing hydrostatic, pneumatic, seat-leakage, and functional valve testing using specialized pressure-testing benches and tools.
- Conducting precise valve troubleshooting, diagnostic checks, actuator setup, and calibration procedures.
- Interpreting engineering P&IDs, mechanical detail drawings, valve datasheets, and manufacturer maintenance manuals accurately.
- Replacing worn seals, gaskets, packing, stems, seats, and internal trims to ensure leak-free operational performance.
- Adhering strictly to corporate HSE standards, permit-to-work (PTW) protocols, isolation procedures, and industrial safety guidelines.
