1. Key Responsibilities & Operations Scope
As a VRF Supervisor, your daily operational duties will center on site supervision, technical troubleshooting, team coordination, and quality assurance:
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and preventive/reactive maintenance of multi-brand VRF/VRV air conditioning systems (indoor units, outdoor condensing units, branch selector boxes, and control networks).
- Lead technical teams of HVAC technicians and pipefitters, assigning daily maintenance tasks, allocating tools, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Diagnose complex electronic, electrical, and refrigerant circuit faults using manufacturer diagnostic software, error codes, manifold gauges, and multimeters.
- Oversee refrigerant pipe brazing, pressure testing, vacuum dehydration, and precise refrigerant charging in strict accordance with environmental and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with project engineers, facility managers, and client representatives to resolve operational issues and manage service scheduling.
- Ensure all work execution complies with health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, and maintain accurate maintenance logs and CMMS reports.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Selection Criteria
