Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Ledger Maintenance: Post daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare journal vouchers, and maintain accurate general ledgers.
• ERP System Operations: Log, process, and track all corporate accounting data, vendor invoices, and customer billings within **Odoo ERP** or **Tally**.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and variance analyses for management review.
• Bank Reconciliations & WPS: Perform routine bank statement reconciliations, manage petty cash funds, and support monthly payroll processing via Qatar's Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Auditing & Compliance: Prepare supporting documents and financial schedules for internal and external annual financial audits.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related financial field. ACCA/CMA pursuing is an added advantage.
• Work Experience: **Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience**, preferably gained in a corporate office setting within Qatar or the GCC.
• Software Expertise: Practical operational knowledge and proficiency in **Odoo ERP** or **Tally ERP/Prime**, alongside advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Residency & Availability: **Must possess a valid Qatar ID (QID) with a transferable NOC** to allow immediate sponsorship transfer and joining.
• Core Skills: High numerical precision, analytical capability, strong organization, and effective business communication skills.
