Position Summary

Premium Solutions Consultancy, a leading recruitment and management consulting firm in Qatar, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Civil and Mechanical Engineers for entry-level and junior positions (0 to 3 years of experience). Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

1. Technical Drafting & AutoCAD Support

• Prepare, update, and modify 2D civil or mechanical shop drawings, layout plans, and structural/equipment details using AutoCAD.
• Assist senior engineers in converting site sketches and client markups into technical working drawings.

2. Factory & Industrial Site Assistance

• Provide daily site support for factory construction, structural repairs, equipment installation, or piping/mechanical layout works.
• Perform basic site measurements, material verification, and assist in maintaining daily work progress logs.

3. Documentation & Coordination

• Help prepare basic Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material submittal documents, and work inspection requests (IRs).
• Coordinate between factory production teams, project engineers, and safety personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience Range: **Fresh Graduates (0 years) up to 3 years** of experience in civil site work, factory maintenance, or engineering drafting.
• Software Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of **AutoCAD** (2D drafting) and basic MS Office (Excel, Word) is strictly required.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for local joining are preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good basic written and spoken English communication.
