Position Summary

This essential transportation role is responsible for safely shuttling company personnel, staff, and materials to assigned job sites, client offices, or project locations while maintaining vehicle upkeep and strictly following assigned schedules and road safety regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Staff & Goods Transport: Safely transport company employees, site workers, visitors, and official goods/materials to designated locations across Qatar.
• Route & Schedule Adherence: Plan efficient routes using GPS tools, navigate traffic effectively, and ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs according to assigned schedules.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Perform daily routine pre-trip inspections (checking engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, and lights), ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained.
• Traffic Compliance: Strictly obey Qatar traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers and road users.
• Logbook Management: Maintain accurate daily trip logs, record mileage readings, document fuel receipts, and report any vehicle mechanical faults or accidents to management immediately.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory License: Must possess a **valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License** (essential).
• Driving Experience: Proven professional driving experience in Qatar or the GCC region with a strong record of road safety and clean traffic history.
• Road Knowledge: Sound familiarity with major routes, highways, industrial areas, and landmarks in Doha and across Qatar.
• Personal Attributes: Punctual, dependable, polite, and capable of basic communication in English.
• Residency & Availability: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC, or applicants eligible for processing via Sky Dove HR, are encouraged to apply.
