Position Summary

Zainal Electronics is currently seeking an energetic and versatile Home Appliance Technician / Promoter for full-time employment in Qatar. This hybrid role combines technical customer support with retail promotion, where the candidate will demonstrate appliance features, assist retail customers, handle product inquiries, and deliver basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance for home appliances.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Product Sales & Promotion: Engaged with retail customers to explain home appliance features, demonstrate usage, highlight energy efficiency, and drive overall sales performance.
• Technical Support & Maintenance: Perform basic technical diagnostics, testing, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on home electrical and electronic appliances.
• Customer Service: Assist shoppers with technical queries, product selections, warranty inquiries, and proper equipment operation guidelines.
• Inventory & Display Management: Help arrange display units, verify product stock levels on the floor, and ensure display appliances remain clean and fully operational.
• After-Sales Assistance: Address customer technical issues politely and liaise with specialized service centers when complex repairs are necessary.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Experience: Practical technical experience in home appliance repair, electrical troubleshooting, or consumer electronics retail promotion.
• Residency Status: Must currently reside in Qatar with a **valid Qatar ID (QID) and a transferable visa**.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with major home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, televisions, small kitchen devices).
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication and customer relation skills; multilingual capabilities (English/Arabic) are an advantage.
• Availability: Ready to join on short notice with transferable NOC status.
