Core Duties & HR Helpdesk Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Manager and Operations Supervisor, the HR Helpdesk Administrator will execute the following daily functions:
Employee Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, health insurance benefits, payroll dates, and company procedures.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Coordinate new hire documentation, assist with QID/visa status updates, schedule medical examinations, conduct HR orientations, and process exit clearance forms for departing employees.
HRIS & Records Management: Input and update employee master data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), track annual leave balances, record attendance/tardiness logs, and maintain secure digital personal files.
Administrative Coordination: Draft official HR letters (No Objection Certificates - NOC, salary certificates, employment verification letters) and coordinate routine employee relations documentation.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Work closely with the Finance/Payroll department for monthly salary input adjustments and liaise with Public Relations Officers (PROs) regarding government portal updates.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
