Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Outpatient Patient Care: Greet patients, conduct initial clinical triage, measure vital signs, record health histories, and prepare patients for physician examinations.
• Physician Assistance: Support medical specialists and general practitioners during clinical procedures, diagnostic tests, minor surgical interventions, and wound dressing changes.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Prepare and administer prescribed oral, subcutaneous, or intravenous medications, injections, and immunizations adhering to strict clinical safety guidelines.
• Medical Records Management: Accurately log patient interactions, treatment notes, and physician directives within the center’s digital electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Clinic Maintenance & Infection Control: Maintain clean, sterile treatment rooms, track inventory of medical supplies, and ensure strict compliance with healthcare sanitation standards.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)** from an accredited university or recognized institution.
• Work Experience: **Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience**, preferably in a private medical clinic, outpatient department, or hospital center setting.
• Professional Licensure: Valid **QCHP License** (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) or passed Prometric/DataFlow verification preferred.
• Clinical Competencies: Strong practical knowledge of general nursing protocols, patient assessment techniques, sterile procedures, and basic life support measures.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English (spoken Arabic is an added advantage).
• Residency & Availability: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate joining are preferred.
