Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Clinical & Homecare Nursing Care: Provide general nursing support, conduct initial patient assessments, record vital signs, and execute prescribed care plans in both outpatient medical centers and home healthcare settings.
• Medical Procedure Assistance: Assist attending physicians during routine clinical examinations, diagnostic testing, minor procedures, and wound dressing applications.
• Medication Management: Safely prepare, administer, and document prescribed oral, topical, and intravenous medications per healthcare protocols.
• Patient Monitoring & Chronic Care: Monitor long-term health trends for patients requiring routine follow-up, geriatric care, or chronic illness management.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive, accurate electronic health records, shift logs, and patient progress notes for effective interdisciplinary care delivery.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or recognized Diploma in General Nursing.
• Work Experience: Prior practical nursing experience in a clinic, hospital, or home nursing environment is preferred.
• Professional Credentials: Valid QCHP License, or completed DataFlow verification / Passed Qatar Prometric exam is an added advantage.
• Core Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, compassionate patient communication, adaptability across clinical/home settings, and fluent written/spoken English.
• Residency Status: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID) and transferable visa/NOC status ready for immediate placement are preferred.
